We train twice a week. Currently Tuesdays from 9:30pm at Ringwood Leisure Centre, and Thursdays at Totton. Subject to available space new members are welcome, but please let us know in advance so we can make sure there is suitable equipment available, if required. Please note that we are unable to take unaccompanied juniors and currently we are unable to accommodate anyone aged under 16 due to constraints with lifeguard cover.
